How do I place an item on the City Council Agenda?: If you would like to place an item on the City Council agenda, a written request must be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk. The request should include your name, address telephone number, the group you represent, if any, and a statement of the purpose for the request and any pertinent background information. Your item may be referred to the appropriate department prior to placement on an agenda, if necessary. Once your item is placed on the agenda, you will be notified, usually within two weeks.
