The Department of Parks & Recreation offers a wide range of sports programs for youth and adults year-round.

Registration
To register for a sport, you must complete either a Youth Activity Registration Form or Adult Sports Activity Registration Form and submit it in person, along with payment, to the Department of Parks & Recreation located at 3401 E. Florence Ave. during normal office hours. A birth certificate will be required at time of registration. Participation fees are payable by check, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or money order only (no cash).
